Privacy Policy

Effective date: 7 October 2026 · Terms of Use

Inkwit is a multiplayer drawing and guessing game. This policy explains what information the game uses, why, for how long, and what you can do about it. We keep it short and only collect what the game needs to work.

Who we are

Inkwit is operated by Dimitar Dimitrov, Bulgaria. Contact: [email protected].

What we collect and why

We do not sell your data, we do not use it for advertising profiles, and we do not use tracking cookies. The game stores a few settings in your browser’s local storage (language, sound on/off, your guest progress, your device ID).

How long we keep it

Who processes the data

We use trusted service providers to run the game: Supabase (database, sign-in and file storage), our hosting provider (runs the game server), and Google Fonts (the game’s fonts are loaded from Google’s servers, which receive your IP address). If you sign in with Google or Discord, their own privacy policies apply to that sign-in.

If you play Inkwit on a third-party game website (a game portal), that website and its advertising partners may collect information under their own privacy policy.

Children

Inkwit can be played without an account and without giving any personal information. Chat is filtered automatically, and players can report and hide others. Accounts are intended for users aged 13 or older (or the minimum age required in your country). If you believe a child has created an account without permission, contact us and we will delete it.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the EU GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, object to its use, or get a copy of it. Write to [email protected] from the email address of your account. You may also complain to your local data protection authority.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top. Important changes will be announced in the game.
