Terms of Use

By playing Inkwit you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the game. Inkwit is operated by Dimitar Dimitrov, Bulgaria — contact: [email protected].

1. Play fair and be kind

Inkwit is for everyone. You must not:

• use an offensive, hateful or misleading nickname (for example pretending to be a moderator or the game);
• insult, harass or threaten other players, or post hateful, sexual or violent content in chat or drawings;
• give away the word while drawing (writing letters, the word or hints on the canvas);
• spam, flood the chat or advertise other services;
• cheat, exploit bugs, use bots or scripts, or farm rewards with several accounts;
• try to break, overload or get unauthorized access to the game or its servers.

2. Moderation

Chat and nicknames are filtered automatically. Players can report and hide others; a player reported by several people in a room may be muted for that room automatically. Our moderators review reports and may hide content, mute, remove coins or items obtained by abuse, or suspend or permanently ban accounts and devices that break these terms. We try to be fair, but we decide at our discretion.

3. Accounts

You can play as a guest or create an account. Keep your password safe — you are responsible for what happens in your account. Accounts are intended for users aged 13 or older (or the minimum age in your country). You can ask us to delete your account at any time.

4. Coins and items

Coins, XP and items are virtual. They have no real-money value, cannot be sold, exchanged or transferred outside the game (except through the in-game gift feature), and are licensed to you only for use in Inkwit. We may change prices, balance or availability, and we may remove virtual items obtained by cheating or bugs.

5. Your drawings

Your drawings remain yours. By drawing in Inkwit you allow us to show them to other players in the game — for example in the round replay, the match postcard, the daily challenge gallery and voting — and to keep them as described in the Privacy Policy. Don’t draw anything you don’t have the right to share.

6. The game is provided “as is”

We work hard to keep Inkwit running, but we can’t promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may change or end features at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost virtual items or progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

7. Changes and law

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and important changes will be announced in the game. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights of your country of residence.
